## Discrepancy

LEFT INBOARD MAIN LANDING GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY CAME APART ON TAKEOFF.  THE TIRE AND OUTBOARD HALF OF THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY LEFT THE AIRCRAFT. EVIDENCE SHOWS THIS TO HAVE HAPPENED BEFORE THE FLIGHT CREW PLACED THE GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION.
