## Discrepancy

ELT WAS REMOVED FROM THE ACFT DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION AND SENT TO THE MANUFACTURE FOR REPAIR OF FAULTY IMPACT SWITCH.  REINSTALLED IN ACFT.  DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, THE ELT IMPACT SWITCH WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE AGAIN.
