## Discrepancy

AFTER A 50 HOURS INSPECTION, THE INSPECTOR DURING ENGINE RUN-UP ON THE GROUND WITH FULL POWER ACHIEVED. REPORTED NOT TO BE ABLE TO REDUCE RPM TO IDLE. DEFECT WAS TRACED TO BROKEN THROTTLE CABLE INNER CABLE. NEW CABLE FITTED.
