## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT DUE FOR ROUTINE 100 HOUR / ANNUAL INSPECTION.  FOUND RIGHT HAND RUDDER FAIRLEAD TO BE INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN AT FUSELAGE STATION 95, FUSELAGE FORMER WAS NEARLY COMPLETELY SEVERED DUE TO WEAR FROM RUDDER CABLE.
