## Discrepancy

PRIMARY CAUSE OF DAMAGE TO ACCESSORY DRIVE, PIN CAME OUT OF SLEEVE BUSHING AND DAMAGED ADJOINING COMPONENTS.  ENGINE IS STILL UNDER TEARDOWN AND INSPECTION.
