FUEL TANK FILL CAP RETAINING BOLT FELL OFF INTO THE TANK WITH THE REST OF THE FUEL TANK CAP PARTS.  TOTAL PARTS INCLUDE THE NUT, WASHER, SPRING, AND THE FUEL CAP LOCKING MECHANISM.
