## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED ENGINE NOT MAKING POWER.  FOUND EXHAUST ROCKER SHAFT HOLDER BROKEN AND NO LONGER ATTACHED TO CYLINDER ASSEMBLY.  CAUSING EXHAUST VALVE TO NOT OPEN WHEN REQUIRED.
