## Discrepancy

PROPELLER WAS IN FOR OVERHAUL.  CRACK WAS DETECTED VIA ECI ON BLADE SOCKET NUMBER ONE.  PROPELLER IS CRACKED IN THE THREADS OF THE HUB SOCKET.
