## Discrepancy

PROPELLER UNFEATHER VALVE FAILURE. ENGINE SHUT DOWN DURING NORMAL TRAINING.  ENGINE WOULD NOT RESTART BECAUSE PROPELLER WOULD NOT UNFEATHER.  BROUGHT AIRCRAFT BACK TO HOME BASE SINGLE ENGINE LANDING.
