DURING A CONDITION INSPECTION, THIS ELT BATTERY WAS FOUND TO HAVE HAD A THERMAL RUNAWAY. THIS UNIT CAN BE USED IN A MULTITUDE OF GENERAL AVIATION AIRCRAFT.
