## Discrepancy

INTERNAL BAFFLE OF MUFFLER FOUND CRACKED AND PIECES MISSING.  A LARGE ROUND PLUG PIECE WAS FOUND BLOCKING EXHAUST TAIL PIPE CAUSING LOSS OF POWER.  DISCOVERED ON GROUND RUN UP PRIOR TO FLIGHT. PILOT RETURNED TO PARKING AND CONTACTED MAINTENENCE.
