DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE DECK (PN: 350A21-1239.21) IN THE FORM OF 3EA DENTS AND A CHAFE. THE CHAFE DAMAGE AREA WAS DISCOVERED TO BE NEAR THE SCUPPER DRAIN HOLE.
