## Discrepancy

PLANE WAS RELOCATING FROM HND TO CRQ, DURING TAKE OFF PHASE CREW NOTICED THE FUEL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT CAME ON THE RIGHT ENGINE. CREW ABORTED THE TAKE OFF & TAXI BACK TO FBO.
