RERACKED M983 AND ACCOMPLISHED LDG AND CONFIG TESTS  IAW B767 AMM 31-51-00. SPDBRAKE LIGHT OPS NORMAL. THIS ACTION CLOSES DI. PLACARD REMOVED. NO MAINT REACTIVATION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
