## Discrepancy

OUTBOARD ELEVATOR HINGE ON RIGHT ELEVATOR MISSING.  APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN CUT OFF MOST LIKELY DURING IMPROPER REPAIR ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO. .
