## Discrepancy

OIL LEAK, TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND CRANKSHAFT,  PROPELLER FLANGE CRACKED 1/2 WAY AROUND CIRCUMFERENCE.  ENGINE IS NEW WITH 13.6 HOURS ON IT.
