## Discrepancy

DURING MINOR EGB REPAIR, PREMATURE BEVEL GEARS WEAR IS IDENTIFIED (EXCESSIVE WEAR), AND GEARS REMOVED. THIS IS OUTSIDE ICA REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARD PRACTICES. WHEN INVESTIGATING ON PREVIOUS REPAIRED EGBS, 6 EGBS WHERE AFFECTED BY SIMILAR WEAR.
