## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF CREW OBSERVED PITCH TRIM FAULT CAS MESSAGE AND EXPERIENCED INCREASED BACK PRESSURE ON THE YOKE DURING CLIMB OUT.  CREW PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURES, SWITCHING TO STBY TRIM AND EXECUTED DIVERT TO NEARBY AIRPORT.  AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
