STARTER/GEN FAILURE IN FLIGHT FORCING PILOT TO DECLARE EMERGENCY LANDING. UPON INSPECTION, STARTER BEARING FOUND THROUGHOUT STARTER HOUSING, ALONG WITH STATOR WINDINGS AND OTHER FOD MATERIAL. SPLINED SHAFT WAS ALSO SHEARED.
