DURING THE ANNUAL INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LH BRAKE DISC BROKEN APPROXIMATELY 4.5 INCHES IN LENGTH AND APPROXIMATELY 1/4 INCH IN WIDTH AROUND FLANGE WHERE THE BRAKE DISC ATTACHES TO THE WHEEL.
