## Discrepancy

DURING SINGLE POINT PRESSURE REFUELING, ONE OF THE THREE SYSTEM VENT VALVES FAILED TO OPEN. THIS FAILURE RENDERED THE SINGLE POINT PRESSURE REFUELING INOPERATIVE.
