## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE OF 73028. WIRING CHECKS WERE CARRIED OUT FOR HYDRAULIC SHUT OFF VALVE CYAN MESSAGE WITH SSPC TRIPPED. DURING CHECKS CABLE FOUND CHAFFED WITH SIGNS OF BURNING.  TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR ONGOING AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
