FLAPS FAILURE ON FINAL. LOOKED TO THE FLAPS AND SAW RIGHT FLAP FULL DOWN WITH LEFT FLAP FULL UP. RAISED THE FLAP LEVER TO 0 AND RIGHT FLAP WENT FULL UP. LANDED WITH NO FLAPS.
