## Discrepancy

C156-2 WINTER BOOTS (FEATHER BEARINGS ON THE BLADES) DEVELOPED FRACTURES IN THE SILICONE WHERE STRESSES FROM STRETCHING AND DEFORMATION WAS CONCENTRATED.  IT WAS NOT A CUT, AND APPEARED TO BE GRANULAR OR ALMOST LIKE FLOWLINES FROM MOLDING.
