LH SPEED BRAKE ACTUATOR RUPTURED CAUSING A LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID AND PRESSURE.  THE LANDING GEAR HAD TO BE EXTENDED IN EMERGENCY MODE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFE.
