CORRECTIVE ACTION: TECHS FOUND THE #4 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK INOP. TECHS REMOVED THE FAULTY UNIT AND INSTALLED AN OPERATOR SUPPLIED NEW BATTERY PACK. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
