## Discrepancy

PATIENT WAS PUT ONBOARD, BUT THE LIQUID OXYGEN SYSTEM WAS NOT SUPPLYING OXYGEN.  REMOVED PATIENT AND DISPATCHED ANOTHER AIRCRAFT.  FOUND A FAULTY OXYGEN SHUTOFF VALVE.
