## Discrepancy

DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF CONNECTION CLAMPS IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM WERE THE INCORRECT PART NUMBER AND DID NOT FIT THE TUBING. THEY HAD BEEN TIGHTENED COMPLETELY AND WERE STILL TOO LARGE AND LOOSE.
