## Discrepancy

ONCE AT CRUISE PILOT TRIED TO ACTIVATE YAW DAMPER AND AUTO PILOT BUT IT WOULD NOT ENGAGE. AFTER SEVERAL FAILED ATTEMPTS PILOT DECIDED TO RETURN TO BASE.
