FLAP UP RELAY FAILED ON DEPARTURE CAUSING FLAPS TO NOT RETRACT FROM TAKE OFF POSITION. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMGY AND WAS REPAIRED. EXAMINATION OF INTERIOR OF RELAY ASSEMBLY SHOWED BURNED CONTACTS.
