## Discrepancy

MAIN ROTOR HEAD DAMPER BUSHING P/N 109-0111-32-10X WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY DURING AIRCRAFT PRODUCTION.  AIRCRAFT VIBRATIONS ARE SUSPECTED AS A RESULT OF THE INCORRECT ASSEMBLY.
