## Discrepancy

DURING ENGINE START WITH A PATIENT ON BOARD THE NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT START.  AFTER 2 FAILED ATTEMPTS MX WAS CONTACTED.  FOUND A FAULTY ADJUSTED VALVE ASSEMBLY.
