STALL WARNING SOUNDS AT TOO HIGH OF AIRSPEED.  MAINTENANCE MANUAL PROVIDES NO PROCEDURES FOR ADJUSTMENT OF ELECTRICAL STALL WARNING SYSTEM.  MULTIPLE ADJUSTMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE COMPONENT AND HAS NOT FUNCTIONED PROPERLY PER THE POH.
