## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED WHEN THE GEAR UP THE GEAR DIDN'T RETRACT AND ALL THREE GREEN REMAINED.  PLACE GEAR HANDLE IN THE DOWN POSITION AND RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT OF KCHS WITHOUT INCIDENT.
