FLIGHT 624,  CBB7LPB. MAIN TIRE 3 WITH PLY SEPARATION IN THE READ. TIRE DAMAGED.  RH WING INBOARD FLAP, TRAILING EDGE, THE LOWER AFT FLAP WITH DENT 8.5" WIDHT, 3/16"DEPTH, 6"HEIGHT. RH WING INBOARD FLAP TRAILING EDGE WITH DENT. ACCESS PANEL 651FB PANEL ASSY LOWER ONBD FIXED TRAILING EDGE THE OANEL IS BROKEN RT WING.   PERMFORMED TIRE TREAD LOSS CONDITIONAL INSPECTION. HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED OT BOA-26-4331 WITH AMM 05-51-54. HAS BEEN CHANGED INBOARD AFT FLAP AND OPERATIONAL TEST NORMAL. HAS BEEN REPLACED SKIN AND FASTENERS. HAS BEEN REPLACED FLAPASSY PANEL.
