## Discrepancy

AS THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED ONTO THE RUNWAY TO DEPART KBIL FOR KGCC, THE MED CREW NOTICED A LATCH ON THE LEFT WING LOCKER NOT LATCHED. THE FLIGHT CREW TAXIED OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE RUNUP AREA WHERE THEY GOT OUT AND CLOSED THE LATCH. THE AIRCRAFT THEN TAXIED BACK TO THE RUNWAY AND CONTINUED ON TO KGCC WITHOUT INCIDENT.
