CRACK ON WING SIDE OF RH STRUT. AIRFRAME TOTAL TIME IS 10298.9.  CRACK WAS FOUND DURING ROUTINE 100/HR INSPECTION.  AIRPLANE DOES PIPELINE PATROL.
