ELECTRICAL FUEL BOOST PUMP BYPASS VALVE FAILED IN BYPASS PREVENTING FUEL FROM REACHING ENGINE PREVENTING ENGINE FROM START. PUMP FAILED AFTER 20 MONTHS IN SERVICE. FAILED WITHOUT WARNING OR INDICATION.
