## Discrepancy

WHILE CONDUCTING A CHECK RIDE FOR A MULTI ENGINE ADD ON TO A COMMERCIAL RATING IN A DA-42, N42MV, WE EXPERIENCED A TIRE MALFUNCTION ON THE LANDING AT KBQK. INITIALLY CONCERNED HAD STRUCK FOD ON THE RUNWAY BUT AS WE CLEARED THE RUNWAY AND PARKED THE AIRCRAFT, NOTICED A FLAT TIRE ON THE LEFT MAIN. AFTER VISUALLY INSPECTING THE TIRE, OBSERVED A BALD SPOT ON THE LEFT MAIN LANDING TIRE.
