## Discrepancy

TRIM TAB ACTUATOR HOUSING WAS IMPROPERLY DRILLED SEVERAL TIMES WHEN IT IS REQUIRED TO REUSE THE SAME HOLES WITHOUT ENLARGING AND REPLACE THE HOUSING IF THE HOLES CANNOT BE REUSED. FILLER AND PAINT HAD BEEN APPLIED TO COVER ADDITIONAL HOLES. VERY LITTLE MATERIAL WAS HOLDING THE ACTUATOR TOGETHER. ACTUATOR LABELS INDICATE FAA CRS NV2R045L WAS THE STATION THAT HAD PERFORMED THE LAST REPAIR/OVERHAUL ON WORK ORDER WO168273. PICTURES AND VIDEO HAVE BEEN SAVED.
