## Discrepancy

RIGHT MAIN DISC COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE MOUNTING FLANGE OF THE WHEEL ASSY. SIGNIFICANT GRINDING NOISE FELT DURING TAXI AND ALL BRAKING AUTHORITY WAS LOST ON THE RIGHT MAIN, CAUSING AIRPLANE TO UNCONTROLLABLY PIVOT AROUND LEFT MAIN WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP THE PLANE. RESULTING SEPARATION REQUIRED REPLACEMENT OF BRAKE PADS.
