## Discrepancy

LH WING OUTBOARD FLAP TRAILING EDGE PANEL (P/N 532BB) WAS DAMAGED DUE TO A MISMATCH BETWEEN THE FLAP POSITION AND THE FLAP LEVER POSITION. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED DURING A LANDING GEAR SWING AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE NOSE LANDING GEAR (NLG) DOORS. DURING THIS ACTIVITY, THE FLAPS WERE UNINTENTIONALLY COMMANDED TOWARD THE 0 POSITION. THIS OCCURRED WHILE THE CROSSFEED VALVE WAS OPEN AND THE AUXILIARY PUMP WAS USED TO PRESSURIZE THE GREEN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. AS A RESULT, THE FLAPS MOVED TO THE 0 POSITION WHILE SEVERAL FLAP CAM GUIDES HAD NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED, LEADING TO DAMAGE TO THE FLAP TRAILING EDGE PANEL.
