## Discrepancy

DURING STALL TRAINING WITH FLAPS EXTENDED FULL, RECOVERED FROM STALL ATTEMPTED TO RAISE FLAPS AND WOULD NOT RAISE. FOUND RH FLAP TO BE TWISTED AND BENT. RH INBD FLAP TRACK LOWER BRACKETS WERE BROKEN. APPEARS RH INBD FLAP TRACK FAILED CAUSING FLAP TO BIND IN INBD TRACK. SUSPECT CRACKED BRACKETS AT BOTTOM OF INBD FLAP TRACK TO HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY CRACKED AND CAUSING FLAP TRACK TO FAIL AND BIND THE FLAP. PILOT UNEVENTFULLY RETURNED TO AIRPORT WITH FLAPS BOUND AT 30 DEGREES.
