## Discrepancy

INITIAL SQUAWK WAS FOR FLAPS NOT LOCKING IN THE UP POSITION. THE FLAPS WERE DROOPING WHILE TAXING OR PARKED. DURING SERVICE THE TECHNICIANS REPORTED THE FLAP ACTUATORS WERE UNLOCKING AT DIFFERENT PRESSURES. THIS WOULD CAUSE A MOMENTARY ASYMMETRIC DEPLOYMENT OF THE FLAPS. TEXTRON ENGINEERING DIRECTED THE TECHNICIANS TO REPLACE BOTH FLAP ACTUATORS. WE REQUESTED THE OLDER STYLE ACTUATORS BE INSTALLED.
