## Discrepancy

WHEN FRONT COCKPIT PILOT ACTUATED THE FLAP SWITCH, BOTH SIDES DROPPED TO FULL DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND THE FLAP SWITCH WAS UNABLE TO MOVE THE FLAPS ON EITHER SIDE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE FLAP ACTUATOR HAD SEPARATED FROM THE FLAP MOTOR/GEARBOX. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP ACTUATOR.
