## Discrepancy

THE ENGINE ABY ESN 577716 WAS SLOTTED IN SAESM THE 17 APRIL 2026. DURING THE MM03 LEVEL INSPECTION OF THE LPT CASE, A DEFECT WAS IDENTIFIED ON 28TH MAY 2026. FOLLOWING THIS FINDING, A CSC CASE WAS RAISED TO CFM (TCH) REQUESTING AN APPROPRIATE REPAIR DISPOSITION.   THE RESPONSE RECEIVED INDICATED THAT A PREVIOUS FINDING HAD ALREADY BEEN RAISED ON THE SAME PART IN 2018. AT THAT TIME, THE CSC DISPOSITION SPECIFIED THAT THE REPAIR WAS REFUSED AND THAT THE PART LPT CASE (P/N: 338-117-407-0, S/N: DE124626 ) WAS NEITHER SERVICEABLEAS NOR REPAIRABLE IN 2018.   AN INVESTIGATION IS LAUNCHED AND FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE COMMUNICATED THE UPCOMING DAYS
