## Discrepancy

THE PILOT'S SEAT BECAME UNLOCKED DURING THE FLIGHT. AFTER WE INSPECTED THE SEAT, WE FOUND THAT THE SEAT RAIL WAS WORN, AND THE LOCKING PIN WAS NOT ABLE TO STAY IN THE SEAT RAIL. TECNAM'S ONLY INSPECTION CRITERIA IS TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE SEAT LOCKS IN ALL POSITIONS DURING THE 100H INSPECTION.
