## Discrepancy

PILOTS HAVE REPORTED MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF AUTOTHROTTLE INDUCED WARNING/RED TORQUE INDICATIONS OCCURRING DURING TAKEOFF, GO-AROUND, AND CLIMB PHASES OF FLIGHT ON SIX DIFFERENT AIRCRAFT (S/N BY-472 AND UP). THREE INSTANCES WERE SEVERE ENOUGH TO ACTIVATE THE MASTER WARNING FLASHERS AND AURAL “ENGINE FIRE” ALERTS; ONE INSTANCE RESULTED IN AN ENGINE TORQUE EXCEEDANCE PER THE PT6A-52 MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
