## Discrepancy

DURING APU ISOLATOR MOUNT REPLACEMENT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE ORIENTATION OF THE VIBRATION MOUNT HAD BEEN INSTALLED 90' OUT OF ORIGINAL FITTING. THE APU HAD TO BE RE-REMOVED AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES INCURRED FOR THE LIFTING KIT. ROBUST INSPECTION POST ASSEMBLY WOULD HAVE CAPTURED THIS, OR POSSIBLY THIS COULD BE A ROGUE PART.
