## Discrepancy

THE ISSUE WAS IDENTIFIED FOLLOWING THE DETECTION OF A SIMILAR DISCREPANCY ON ENGINE 602978 DURING A CONFIGURATION REVIEW. DISCUSSIONS WERE HELD WITH THE INVOLVED DISASSEMBLY INSPECTOR AND A TARGETED REVIEW OF THE INSPECTOR'S RECENT DELIVERIES WAS PERFORMED. THIS CONTAINMENT ACTIVITY LED TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE SAME DISCREPANCY ON THE PRESENT CASE AND THE INITIATION OF THE ASSOCIATED CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
